At Vach Cittoni, every order is carefully prepared and shipped directly from Canada. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, fulfill, and ship orders placed through VachCittoni.com.


Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation has been received.

Once your order has entered fulfillment, it is prepared for shipment and transferred to the selected shipping carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, customs inspections, severe weather, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, processing and delivery times may be extended.

Processing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers may request changes to or cancellation of an order at any time before the order has entered fulfillment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, a shipping label has been created, or the shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where permitted by applicable law, Vach Cittoni reserves the right to recover any non-refundable shipping, fulfillment, payment processing, customs preparation, brokerage, logistics, or other costs already incurred before processing any refund.


Shipping Destinations

Vach Cittoni ships from Canada to destinations made available through VachCittoni.com.

Available shipping destinations may change without notice due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, import restrictions, sanctions, or operational requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to any country, region, jurisdiction, address, or customer at our sole discretion.


European Union Orders

Customers located within the European Union may have statutory consumer rights, including a right of withdrawal under applicable law.

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to entering fulfillment.

Once an order has been shipped, any applicable withdrawal rights are governed by our Return & European Union Withdrawal Policy.

Where a customer exercises a valid right of withdrawal after shipment, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling charges, and any other costs associated with returning the product unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing contained within this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.


Customs, Duties & Import Charges

International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, import permits, or other charges imposed by customs authorities or governmental agencies.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected by Vach Cittoni.

Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or import charges may result in delays, refusal of delivery, return of the shipment, or destruction of the shipment by customs authorities. Any resulting costs or losses remain the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Times

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Vach Cittoni shall not be responsible for delays resulting from:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Border processing

  • Weather events

  • Labour disruptions

  • Government actions

  • Force majeure events

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours after carrier acceptance for tracking information to become available.


Optional Shipping Protection

Vach Cittoni offers Shipping Protection as an optional service during checkout.

Shipping Protection is designed to provide an expedited resolution process for eligible lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. It is not insurance, not a shipping fee, and is not required to complete your purchase.

Customers who choose not to purchase Shipping Protection may still contact Vach Cittoni regarding shipping issues. However, claims involving lost, damaged, or stolen shipments may require investigation through the shipping carrier and may result in longer resolution times.

Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has entered fulfillment.

Eligibility for replacement or reimbursement under Shipping Protection is subject to the Shipping Protection Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of purchase.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

Vach Cittoni is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, refused, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the shipment, or any circumstance caused by the customer, any additional shipping charges, customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or handling costs incurred shall be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments

Customers who purchased Shipping Protection should submit eligible claims in accordance with the applicable Shipping Protection Terms and Conditions.

Customers who did not purchase Shipping Protection should first contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.

Vach Cittoni will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with carrier investigations where appropriate but cannot guarantee the outcome of carrier investigations or claims.

Except where required by applicable law or where Shipping Protection applies, Vach Cittoni is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, loss, theft, or damage occurring after a shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
