I was born in Eastern Canada in 1975, the youngest of ten.
Growing up in a house like that, you learn early how to carry yourself.
There’s no room to coast. What you do holds more weight than what you say.
That stayed with me.

This started as a curiosity.I wanted to understand fragrance—how it’s designed, how it changes, why some hold up and others don’t.

So I started testing. Wearing. Paying attention.
Over time, that became more deliberate.
I wasn’t interested in putting something out quickly.
I wanted to build something I could stand behind.
That meant trial and error.
Ideas that worked at first, then fell apart after a few hours.
Those didn’t make it.

Only what held its shape moved forward.
Vach Cittoni came out of that process.
Each fragrance is developed the same way—
worn, adjusted, and tested until it feels right in real use.

Nothing is released because it’s close.
It either meets the standard, or it doesn’t move.
What exists now is a direct extension of that.
A small, controlled fragrance house.
Limited production. No rush.

It’s grown the same way it started;
quietly, and with intention.
