We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

Update product packaging or presentation.
Correct pricing errors.
Change product specifications.
Limit purchase quantities.
Discontinue products.
Introduce replacement products.
Refuse sales to particular jurisdictions where required by law or where we determine that fulfillment is not commercially or operationally practical.

Product Performance

Fragrance performance, including longevity, projection, sillage, and scent development, is influenced by many factors, including individual skin chemistry, body temperature, climate, humidity, application method, storage conditions, and personal olfactory perception.

Any descriptions of fragrance performance, longevity, projection, or scent profile published by Vach Cittoni are intended as general guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee of identical performance for every customer.

Product Compliance

Vach Cittoni develops its fragrances with consideration for applicable fragrance industry standards and regulatory requirements, including International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards where applicable and applicable Canadian cosmetic regulations.

From time to time, product formulations, ingredients, packaging, labeling, or documentation may be updated to comply with evolving safety standards, regulatory requirements, ingredient availability, or product improvements. Such updates shall not constitute a defect in previously manufactured products.

Authorized Retailers & Resale

Unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by Vach Cittoni, products purchased through VachCittoni.com are intended for personal use only.

Unauthorized commercial resale, redistribution, diversion, or export of Vach Cittoni products is prohibited.

Vach Cittoni reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit future purchases, suspend customer accounts, or terminate business relationships where we reasonably believe products are being purchased for unauthorized resale or distribution.

Vach Cittoni guarantees the authenticity of products purchased directly from VachCittoni.com and from officially authorized Vach Cittoni retailers only.

We cannot verify, guarantee, or accept responsibility for the authenticity, condition, storage, handling, quality, or safety of products purchased from unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces, auction websites, or other unauthorized sources.

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers may not be eligible for warranty consideration, customer support, replacement, refund, or other services offered by Vach Cittoni.

SECTION 5 – ORDERS, BILLING & FRAUD PREVENTION

By placing an order through VachCittoni.com, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, payment, shipping, and contact information.

Vach Cittoni reserves the right to refuse, delay, verify, or cancel any order where we reasonably believe additional verification is necessary to protect our customers, payment providers, or our business.

Orders may be reviewed for indicators including, but not limited to:

Suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment authorization concerns.
Billing and shipping address discrepancies.
Multiple failed payment attempts.
Unusual purchasing activity.
Excessive quantities.

To assist in fraud prevention, Vach Cittoni may contact customers to verify identity, payment information, billing information, shipping information, or other details before an order is accepted for fulfillment.

Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable period may result in cancellation of the order.

Where a payment has been successfully authorized but fraud is reasonably suspected, Vach Cittoni reserves the right to cancel the transaction and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping information provided during checkout is accurate. Vach Cittoni is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from inaccurate customer information.

Fraudulent purchases, unauthorized payment activity, false claims, return fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to obtain products through deceptive practices may result in:

Cancellation of current orders.
Refusal of future orders.
Suspension of customer accounts.
Reporting to payment processors.
Reporting to shipping carriers where appropriate.

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. An order is accepted only when Vach Cittoni confirms shipment of the purchased products or otherwise confirms acceptance of the order.

ECTION 6 – SHIPPING & ORDER FULFILLMENT

Shipping, delivery, and order fulfillment are governed by Vach Cittoni's Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Orders are normally processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing times begin only after payment has been successfully authorized and the order has passed any fraud or security verification processes deemed necessary by Vach Cittoni.

While Vach Cittoni makes every reasonable effort to process and ship orders within the stated timeframe, processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, a shipping label has been created, or the shipment has been transferred to the selected carrier, the order may no longer be cancelled.

Where permitted by applicable law, Vach Cittoni reserves the right to recover any non-refundable costs already incurred, including but not limited to shipping charges, fulfillment costs, payment processing fees, customs preparation, brokerage charges, and logistics expenses.

Shipping availability may vary depending upon carrier restrictions, customs regulations, import restrictions, sanctions, weather events, government actions, or operational requirements.

Vach Cittoni reserves the right to refuse shipment to any destination where fulfillment is prohibited by law or is otherwise impractical.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Vach Cittoni shall not be responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, returned shipments, customs charges, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

International customers are solely responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, import permits, and any other governmental fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise expressly stated.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact Vach Cittoni before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we may investigate and attempt to resolve the matter promptly.

Nothing contained within this section limits your legal right to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent payment transactions where such rights are provided under applicable law.

Vach Cittoni reserves the right to contest fraudulent or abusive chargebacks and may provide supporting documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, shipping carriers, or other appropriate parties, including but not limited to order records, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, customer communications, fraud screening results, product photographs, and other relevant documentation.

SECTION 6A – ORDER ACCEPTANCE & TRANSFER OF TITLE

An order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Acceptance of an order occurs only when Vach Cittoni ships the purchased products or otherwise confirms acceptance of the order.

Vach Cittoni reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order prior to shipment for any lawful reason, including inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment verification issues, regulatory restrictions, or other operational requirements.

Risk of loss for products passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Title to the products transfers upon full payment and shipment of the order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL SHIPPING PROTECTION

Vach Cittoni may offer Shipping Protection as an optional service during checkout.

Shipping Protection is designed to provide an expedited resolution process for eligible lost, damaged, or stolen shipments.

Shipping Protection:

is optional;
is not insurance;
is not a shipping fee;
is not required to complete a purchase; and
is governed by the Shipping Protection Terms applicable at the time of purchase.

Customers who decline Shipping Protection may still contact Vach Cittoni regarding shipping issues. However, resolution of shipping-related issues may require investigation by the shipping carrier and may result in longer processing times.

Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has entered fulfillment.

Eligibility for replacement, reimbursement, or other remedies under Shipping Protection shall be determined in accordance with the applicable Shipping Protection Terms.

Nothing in this section limits any rights otherwise available to consumers under applicable law.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS & EUROPEAN UNION WITHDRAWAL

Returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, and European Union withdrawal rights are governed by the Vach Cittoni Return & European Union Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the Return Policy before placing an order.

For customers located within the European Union, applicable statutory withdrawal rights may apply.

Where applicable, customers may exercise those rights in accordance with the procedures described within the Return & European Union Withdrawal Policy.

Customers exercising a valid withdrawal after shipment remain responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling charges, and any other costs associated with returning the product unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be issued until returned products have been received, inspected, and confirmed to comply with the Return & European Union Withdrawal Policy.

SECTION 9 – SEALED HYGIENE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

Every Vach Cittoni fragrance is supplied in factory shrink wrap and protected by a tamper-evident security seal.

These protective measures are intended to preserve:

product integrity;
authenticity;
customer confidence;
hygiene; and
quality assurance.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a fragrance shall be considered opened if:

factory shrink wrap has been removed;
the tamper-evident security seal has been broken, removed, altered, or damaged;
product packaging has been opened; or
the fragrance has been sprayed, tested, used, altered, refilled, substituted, contaminated, or otherwise tampered with.

Every Vach Cittoni fragrance is protected by a tamper-evident security seal measuring approximately 5 cm × 5 cm, affixed to the exterior shrink wrap of the product packaging. The seal clearly advises that removal of the shrink wrap may affect statutory withdrawal rights where applicable. Customers should inspect the product through its sealed packaging before deciding whether to remove the shrink wrap or tamper-evident security seal.

Customers wishing to preserve any applicable return or withdrawal rights should not remove the shrink wrap or tamper-evident security seal before deciding whether to retain the product.

Where permitted by applicable law, products returned after removal of the shrink wrap or tamper-evident security seal, or showing evidence of opening or use, may be refused for return, refund, exchange, or withdrawal.

Vach Cittoni reserves the right to inspect every returned product to determine compliance with its Return & European Union Withdrawal Policy before issuing any refund.

Fraudulent returns, product substitution, tampering, counterfeit returns, or any attempt to return products inconsistent with this policy may result in refusal of the return, denial of the refund, cancellation of future orders, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

SECTION 10 – PRODUCT USE, SAFETY & FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITY

Vach Cittoni fragrances are intended for external use only.

Customers should carefully review product information and ingredient disclosures before use.

As with any cosmetic or fragrance product, individual reactions may vary.

Customers who experience irritation, allergic reaction, discomfort, or other unexpected effects should immediately discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

Vach Cittoni makes no representation that any fragrance will be suitable for every individual.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use.

Vach Cittoni shall not be responsible for adverse reactions resulting from:

known allergies;
undisclosed sensitivities;
misuse of the product;
improper storage;
modification of the product;
use contrary to instructions;
or use after the recommended shelf life.

Products should be stored in a cool, dry location away from excessive heat, humidity, or direct sunlight to preserve fragrance quality and stability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring fragrances are kept out of the reach of children and pets.

SECTION 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content displayed on VachCittoni.com, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, product names, fragrance names, slogans, photographs, videos, graphics, artwork, packaging designs, website design, product descriptions, blog articles, written content, downloadable materials, source code, software, and all other intellectual property is owned by or licensed to Vach Cittoni and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Nothing contained on this website grants any license or right to use any intellectual property owned by Vach Cittoni without our prior written consent.

Customers may view, download, or print portions of the website solely for their own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not, without our prior written permission:
