I now know that the best fragrances were never about becoming someone else.

They were always about revealing who you already are.

When I started Vach Cittoni, I believed creating a great fragrance was about creating the best scent.

I was wrong.

As we enter our third year, we've come to understand that creating original fragrance isn't about using more ingredients.

It's about creating with principles.

Like many independent fragrance houses, we began by studying some of the most respected fragrances ever created. They taught us balance, structure, and craftsmanship.

But there comes a point where every creator must ask a difficult question.

When do you stop studying the masters and begin finding your own voice?

For us, that question changed everything.

We realized that before we could create original fragrances, we first needed to define the principles that would guide every decision we made.

Today, the House of Vach Cittoni is built upon those principles.

A fragrance should never become the wearer's identity.

It should reveal it.

The fragrance is not the destination.

The person is.

Every ingredient must make the next ingredient more beautiful.

Together, they have changed how we create.

We no longer begin with fragrance notes.

We begin with an experience.

Every fragrance we create should reveal something true about the person wearing it.

We've made mistakes.

We'll make more.

We'll learn and grow from them.

This is who we are.

This is what we believe.
