Return Policy

At Vach Cittoni, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a positive experience.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for products that remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, Vach Cittoni does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any fragrance product that has been opened, used, or had its factory packaging seal broken.

Returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact hello@vachcittoni.com with your order number and reason for the return.

All returns must be approved before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@vachcittoni.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect shipping address may be subject to return shipping charges and any fees incurred during transit.
